Know what you are buying.
Every used item gets its own listing. We show the actual item, record what we inspected or tested, describe visible wear and state exactly what is included.
Every listing should tell you
- The condition grade and important cosmetic wear.
- What was inspected or tested—and what was not.
- Which cables, accessories, packaging or extras are included.
- Whether returns or a limited ShiftHeads guarantee apply.
- How many are available; many used items are one of one.
Our condition scale
- Like new: minimal signs of use.
- Very good: light wear with strong overall condition.
- Good: normal visible wear; any notable marks are disclosed.
- Fair: heavier wear or limitations that are clearly described.
- Parts or repair: not represented as fully working.
Electronics and storage devices
A listing states the testing completed and any known limitations. Storage media are not represented as ready for use unless the listing records the relevant inspection and data-erasure work. Buyers remain responsible for configuring, formatting and securing equipment for their own use.
Photos, pickup and delivery
Photos are of the item being offered unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Available shipping, Elliot Lake delivery or office pickup is shown before payment when it applies. Contact us before ordering if a photograph or detail leaves you unsure.
